- Gather all your ingredients and equipment. Cut a lime into wedges for juicing and slice a piece of fresh pineapple for garnish.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut rum, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice. If you're using coconut water instead of soda water, add that in now.
- Shake It Up:
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain and Serve:
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Top it off with soda water for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish:
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint. Enjoy the tropical vibes!

- Mocktail Version: Replace the coconut rum with extra soda water or coconut water for a non-alcoholic drink.
