- 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed is best
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste; can substitute with honey or agave syrup
- 1/2 cup ice adjust for desired thickness
- Mint leaves optional, for garnish

- Blend the Fruits: Start by adding the frozen peaches and pineapple into the blender. If you're using fresh fruit, you may need to add more ice to achieve the frozen consistency.
- Add the Liquids: Pour in the white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup. You can adjust the sweetness later, so start with the recommended amount.
- Ice, Ice, Baby: Add the ice to the blender. If you prefer a thicker texture, feel free to add more ice!
- Blend It Up: Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. You want a slushy consistency, so make sure everything is well combined. If it's too thick, add a splash of lime juice or water to loosen it up.
- Taste and Adjust: Give your daiquiri a taste. If it needs more sweetness, add more simple syrup or honey. Blend again to mix.
- Serve: Pour the mixture into chilled glasses. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately!
- Variations
- Non-Alcoholic Version: Replace the rum with coconut water or a splash of soda for a refreshing mocktail.
- Different Fruits: Feel free to experiment with other frozen fruits like mango, strawberries, or even berries. Each fruit will bring a unique flavor to your daiquiri.
- Herbal Infusion: Add a few basil or mint leaves to the blender for a refreshing herbal note.
