- Combine Water and Sugar: In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil over medium heat.

- Steep: Allow the mixture to steep for about 15-20 minutes to infuse the flavor.
- Strain: Once steeped, strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender buds. Let it cool and store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Step 2: Prepare the Glass
- Rim the Glass (Optional): If desired, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it into salt for a salty touch.
- Step 3: Shake the Margarita
- Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lime juice, lavender syrup, and orange liqueur.
- Add Ice: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Step 4: Serve
- Strain: Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into your prepared glass filled with ice.
