- Jigger (or measuring cup)
- Champagne flute or cocktail glass
- Muddler (if using fresh raspberries)

- 2 oz fresh peach puree about 1 ripe peach
- 1 oz raspberry syrup or muddled fresh raspberries
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz sparkling wine or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries and peach slices for garnish
- For the raspberry syrup optional:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar

- Step 1: Make the Raspberry Syrup (if using)
- In a saucepan, combine raspberries, water, and sugar over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves and the raspberries break down, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Step 2: Prepare the Peach Puree
- Peel and slice the ripe peach.
- Place the peach slices in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother texture.
- Step 3: Mix the Cocktail
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the peach puree, raspberry syrup (or muddled raspberries), and fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine.
- Step 4: Serve
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute or cocktail glass.
- Top with sparkling wine or club soda for a fizzy touch.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a slice of peach on the rim of the glass.
- Variations
- Non-Alcoholic Version: Replace the sparkling wine with club soda for a refreshing mocktail.
- Flavored Variations: Try adding a splash of flavored vodka or gin for a different twist.
- Different Fruits: Substitute peach with mango or apricot for a new flavor profile.
