- Prepare the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.
- Prepare the Toppings:
- In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This will be your creamy base.
- Gather the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, along with your fresh herbs.
- Shape the Pizza:
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll it out to your desired thickness (about 1/4 inch for a crispier crust).
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
