- 4 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz spiced pear puree see substitution below
- Garnish: lime wedge and a cinnamon stick optional
- Ice cubes

- To make the spiced pear puree blend together:
- 1 ripe pear peeled and chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for a vegan option

- Make the Spiced Pear Puree:
- In a blender, combine the chopped pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to thin it out. Set aside.
- Mix the Cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, add the pear vodka, fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of the spiced pear puree.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Serve:
- Fill a copper mug (or glass) with ice.
- Strain the mixture from the shaker into the mug.
- Top off with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish:
- Add a lime wedge and a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
