Make the Spiced Pear Puree:
In a blender, combine the chopped pear, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of water to thin it out. Set aside.
Mix the Cocktail:
In a cocktail shaker, add the pear vodka, fresh lime juice, and 1 oz of the spiced pear puree.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
Serve:
Fill a copper mug (or glass) with ice.
Strain the mixture from the shaker into the mug.
Top off with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
Garnish:
Add a lime wedge and a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
