- If you prefer a milder flavor, remove the seeds from the jalapeño slices. If you want more heat, leave them intact.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and jalapeño slices.
- Shake It Up:
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This helps to chill the mixture and infuse the flavors.
- Strain the Mixture:
- Use a strainer to pour the mixture into a chilled martini glass. This will keep the jalapeño pieces out and give you a smooth drink.
- Garnish:
- Add a pineapple wedge and a jalapeño slice on the rim of the glass for a beautiful presentation.
- Variations
- Spicy Pineapple Margarita: Substitute vodka with tequila and add a splash of orange liqueur.
- Fruity Twist: Add a splash of coconut cream for a tropical touch.
