Almond Butter Chocolate Cake Recipe card

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the almond butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
