Coconut Oatmeal Frosting Recipe
Here's a simple recipe to get you started:

Ingredients

shredded coconut
1/2
cup
finely ground oatmeal
1
cup
unsalted butter
softened
3-4
cups
powdered sugar

tsp
vanilla extract

tbsp
milk or cream
as needed for consistency
Instructions
Toast the shredded coconut and ground oatmeal in a skillet over medium heat until lightly golden.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until fully incorporated and fluffy.
Mix in vanilla extract.
Fold in the toasted coconut and oatmeal mixture until evenly distributed.
Notes
If the frosting is too stiff, add milk or cream, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
