Prepare the Zucchini
Grate the Zucchini: Start by grating the zucchinis using a box grater or food processor. Use the large holes for a coarser texture.
Drain Excess Moisture: Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth, and twist it to squeeze out as much moisture as possible. This step is crucial for preventing soggy fritters.
