  • 1 ounce simple syrup adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes optional, for extra chill
  • Fresh mint or lychee fruit for garnish optional

  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine the frozen lychee, vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a slushier texture, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Taste and Adjust:
  • Give your cocktail a taste. If you’d like it sweeter, add a little more simple syrup. For more acidity, a splash of lime juice works wonders.
  • Prepare the Glasses:
  • Chill your martini glasses by filling them with ice water while you prepare the cocktail. Discard the ice water just before pouring the drinks.
  • Serve:
  • Pour the blended mixture into the chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a lychee fruit on the rim for a beautiful presentation.
