How to Make Banana Coconut Frosting

Making BCF is straightforward and doesn't require any fancy equipment. Here’s a simple recipe to get you started:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash the bananas until smooth.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, coconut cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until you achieve a smooth consistency.
