  • If using fresh lychees, peel and pit them. If using canned lychees, just drain the juice.
  • If you prefer a stronger ginger flavor, you can use fresh ginger. Just peel and slice a small piece to muddle.
  • Mix the Cocktail:
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the lychee juice, vodka, ginger syrup (or muddled ginger), and fresh lime juice.
  • Add ice cubes to the shaker. The more ice, the better; it helps chill the drink quickly.
  • Shake It Up:
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. You want it to be well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain and Serve:
  • Strain the mixture into martini glasses. You can use a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
  • Garnish with a lychee fruit and a slice of fresh ginger on the rim of the glass.
