  • Start by combining the fresh pineapple juice, coconut water, rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add a handful of ice cubes.

  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
  • Strain and Serve:
  • Fill two glasses with ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glasses.

  • Top each drink with club soda or sparkling water to give it that fizzy lift.
