Method
Step 1: Prepare the Raspberry Syrup (Optional)
Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine fresh raspberries, sugar, and water.
Heat: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
Strain: Once the raspberries break down, remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a container. Allow to cool.
