Instructions
Prep the Fruit:
Start by washing and slicing your chosen fruits. For strawberries, slice them into quarters; for peaches, slice them into wedges; and for oranges, create rounds or wedges.
Mix the Base:
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits with the sugar. Gently muddle the mixture using a wooden spoon to release the fruit juices. This will enhance the flavor profile of your sangria.
Add the Wine and Brandy:
Pour the rosé wine into the pitcher. If you like a stronger drink, add the brandy at this point. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
Chill:
Cover the pitcher and let the sangria chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully, making it taste even better.
Serve:
Before serving, add ice cubes to your serving glasses. Pour the chilled sangria over the ice, then top off each glass with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for that fizzy kick. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
Enjoy!
Sip and enjoy your refreshing Rose Sangria.
